Working with Ceridian one of the largest providers of human resource services in the world, the Absence Management & Employee Assistance programmes are designed to assist you in managing staff absenteeism within your Care Home, and provides help and support to your staff on a wide range of lifestyle issues.

• The Absence Management Programme includes

Access to a best practise absence policy
A contact centre that handles initial absence notification calls
Support on both long-term and persistent short-term absences

• The Employee Assistance Programme includes

Unlimited advice and counselling helplines for employees and immediate family members
Support for employees on a wide range of issues including the law, caring for elders and children, finance and debt, work/life balance and health

Tariff

Absence Management Programme = £40+ VAT per employee, per annum

Employee Assistance Programme = £15+ VAT per employee, per annum
